Wooden Tractor Classic

A tractor is not just a tractor when you're three. It's the vehicle that comes when important work needs doing — rocks to be moved, sticks to be hauled, a very serious load that absolutely cannot wait until after snack time.

We chose this tractor because it shows up ready. Wooden, sturdy, built to last through the kind of projects that begin with a plan and end somewhere else entirely. The kind of thing that gets parked by the back door and stays there because its job isn't finished yet.

It rolls smooth. It fits small hands. It doesn't need batteries or instructions. Just a driver with a route in mind and cargo that matters.

The first job will be moving something from one side of the room to the other. The second will involve a detour through the hallway because the route changed mid-trip for reasons involving a dropped mitten. By afternoon it will be parked somewhere specific, still loaded, waiting for phase two of a plan that may or may not resume tomorrow.
