Rope Split Ring | 1.5" Steel Ring | Woven Rope Loop

Hunter Craighill started Craighill in Brooklyn in 2015 with a detail-obsessed, iterative approach to making everyday objects feel worth noticing. This split ring has an easy-open tab so you can add or remove keys without destroying your thumbnail, plus a woven solid-core rope loop that gives you something grabbable instead of jangling metal. Steel construction with a no-touch matte coating. The standard version runs about 4.5 inches overall; the Long variant stretches to 9.5 inches if you need more loop to work with.

Rope loop exists so you can fish your keys out of a bag without using lidar. Standard length assumes normal human carry situations. Long variant assumes you clip things to belt loops, backpack straps, or possibly a very patient dog.
