Fire Maple Mars Radiant Stove System
Notify me when it's back
This thing ditches the flickering flame for a glowing mesh that won't get bullied by mountain winds. Fire Maple's radiant technology combines convective and radiant heat in one burner, so you're not nursing a sad little flame at 12,000 feet while your dinner gets cold.
The integrated pressure regulator keeps gas flowing strong even when your canister is freezing its butt off in winter conditions. The included pot has heat exchanger fins built into the base that grab onto that radiant heat and don't let go — boiling half a liter of water in under two minutes.
Everything nests inside the main pot: burner, gas canister, pot stand. It's like backpacking Tetris, but actually useful. The folding wire stand lets you ditch the main pot and use your own cookware when you want to get fancy with pancakes or whatever.
