Artisans in the region have been working it with centuries-old techniques, and every bowl that comes out is its own thing — the swirls, the color shifts, the live edge. Put salt in it, snacks, a handful of olives (fitting). Hand wash and oil occasionally to keep it looking the way it looked the day you fell for it.
