It's made from solid beech wood, plywood, and MDF, all smooth surfaces and rounded edges. A hundred pieces sounds like chaos, but it's the good kind—the kind that builds something different every time. No batteries, no lights, no sounds. Just wood, wheels, and whatever story is currently underway.

By Tuesday there will be a junction. By Wednesday, a station. By Thursday, someone will announce that the blue engine only runs on Tuesdays now due to track maintenance, which was not previously a concept anyone in the house had opinions about.
