The only decision

Cool or warm?

Same body, same side lights, same 650-lumen ceiling. Only the main LED changes.

6500K · High output

Cool White

Maximum punch and throw. The crisp blue-white beam that reaches farthest. Outdoors, security, "what was that noise."

5000K · CRI >90

Warm White

Sunlight-neutral, true colors, easy on the eyes up close. Wiring, engine bays, first aid, reading. Most EDC people end up here.

Straight answers

Before you buy.

Is it really 650 lumens?
On High, yes — and like every keychain light this size, it can't hold that forever. It runs warm and steps down to protect the battery. Treat High as a burst button. Medium is where you'll live, and it's still far brighter than a phone.
Will it turn on in my pocket?
Not if you lock it: five quick clicks. The metal switch is also stiffer than the old rubber one, so accidental presses are rare even unlocked.
Cool or Warm?
Cool White is the brightest, farthest-reaching beam. Warm White (5000K, CRI >90) shows true colors and is easier on the eyes up close. Mostly using it within arm's reach? Warm. Want maximum throw outdoors? Cool.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 72 hours on Moon, around 1.5 hours of continuous High, days of normal use in between. Charges from any USB-C cable.
Is it waterproof?
IPX6 water-resistant: rain, splashes, puddles. Not submersion. Keep the USB-C cover closed.
Is the UV actually useful?
It's real 365nm, which is what makes things fluoresce — pet stains, currency strips, mineral samples, AC leak dye, scorpions. The cheap 395nm lights mostly just look purple.
What if I don't like it?
Send it back. When a return is accepted we email a prepaid label — you don't pay return shipping. Questions: hello@rarely.mom.
Warranty?
Two years from RovyVon. Rarely's here if anything goes sideways in the meantime.
