Founded by textile designer Jurate (“Jacky”) Jakstaite, J.J. Textile grew out of her lifelong passion for wool, which began during her university studies and blossomed into a career in textile design. Since 2012, Jacky has been creating distinctive wool and wool-blend products inspired by her life in Great Britain and her international design experience. Her collections are crafted in partnership with skilled manufacturers in her native Lithuania and emerging collaborators in the UK. J.J. Textile’s blankets, throws, and wool fashion pieces are sold through independent shops, larger retailers, and online, reaching customers as far as Japan. Known for quality, warmth, and timeless design, the products are also popular in hotels, cafés, and as bespoke corporate gifts.
